Enlightenment Psychiatry was created with a vision of bringing a modern approach to Psychiatry care. An approach that is non-traditional, breaking the “norm”, thinking outside the box and creating care specific and self guided for every individual. The care you will receive will be about maintaining equilibrium between your physical, mental and spiritual self. Bodies and minds go together. If your mental wellness and physical wellness are not in equal states your life will feel out of balance. This is where I hope to inspire you to be enlightened.

Amanda Wollschlager PMHNP
Provider
Profound passion for helping people, to Enlightenment Psychiatry and connecting individuals with the vital community resources they need. While she advocates for holistic approaches to wellness, she also understand the importance of medications when necessary, viewing them as supplements for our brain chemistry, much like treatments for physical conditions such as diabetes or thyroid issues.
Not only as a native to Minnesota, but with deep roots in the surrounding counties, she is thrilled to be serving the community that she has cherished throughout her whole life.
Dee Alleckson PMHNP
Provider
Is the master mind of integrative psychiatry which involves searching for root causes of various conditions including depression, anxiety, insomnia, fatigue, OCD, eating disorders and autism. She searches for the contributing factors including nutritional deficiencies, diet, lifestyle, environmental toxins and genetics.
Her program is focused on bio individuality which involves an in-depth review of symptoms and lab work to assess potential nutritional deficiencies. The assessment of GI issues, past and present medical concerns can impact Gut – Brain access.

Her area of special interest is Autism Spectrum Disorder in children and adults, ADHD, anxiety and depression.

The goal of her treatment* is to attain improved health, with the potential to reduce medications.

With a background in Healthcare Management, she brings valuable expertise in both operations and marketing to the team. While her proudest roles are being a dedicated mom and wife, Enlightenment Psychiatry is fortunate to have her share her talents for the team and the patients, creating a well-organized and thriving environment.
