How to Share Your Concern

What to Include:
Your name and best way to reach you (email and/or phone)
A clear, compassionate description of your concern, including dates and people involved (if known)
Any documents or notes that help illustrate what happened

 

What to Expect
 

Acknowledgment:
Our office manager will confirm that your grievance has arrived safely in our hands within 3 business days.

Mindful Investigation:
We will gather perspectives, review relevant details, and hold space for every voice involved.

Resolution:
While some matters need more time, our aim is to offer you a thoughtful, substantive response within 14 business days of acknowledgment.

Open Communication:
You will receive regular updates as we work toward resolution, and we will invite your input at each step.

Privacy and Respect:
Your story is sacred. We will treat all information with the utmost confidentiality and in full compliance with professional and legal standards.

If You Need to Appeal
If our proposed resolution doesn’t fully mend your concern, you may ask for a second review. Your appeal will be entrusted to a member of our leadership who was not part of the original investigation.
